I recently took part in a surf day Saltwater wine put on in Port Macquarie for their junior team riders- the best up and coming kids in my local region. It was a fun day where i talked about surf fitness and gave them some some general tips that would help them take their surfing further. Here are a few pics from after the surf.

I've Spent the last week on the Gold Coast filming for my new clip, whilst checking out the Quiksilver pro. I found a sneaky little left peak and had a couple of really fun sessions. Keep an eye out for my new clip dropping in the next week!

Had a Fun day Competing in the trials yesterday. I ended up placing second which makes me first reserve for the main event if someone gets injured. Might have to run one of the boys over out in the surf haha! ;)
